1 lb. ground beef; cooked, crumbles
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 cup sliced olives
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies
7 oz. tortilla corn chips; crushed
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese; shredded
Recipe
Combine ground beef, onion, garlic powder, tomato sauce and olives. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; keep warm. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and green chlilies in a small bowl.
Spray a 2 1/2 qt. casserole generously with non-stick cooking spray. Place 1/2 of chips in dish, top with half the meat mixture followed by half the cottage cheese mixture, topped with half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
