1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion diced

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 soup can of milk

1 4oz. can of diced green chilies

2 dozen corn tortillas

1 pound shredded cheddar cheese

milk


Recipe



Brown beef and onion in oil. Stir to crumble meat. Combine soup and milk in sauce pan and cook and stir until smooth.Add chilies. Cut tortillas in 1 in. squares and place layer in 9 x 12 baking pan. Spread with half the meat then half the soup then half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 325* for 20 to 30 min. Makes 6 servings
