    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pt bottle Harveys Porter
    2 cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 tbsp Tomato Puree
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Mixed Herbs
    1 tbsp Dried Wild Mushrooms (Mixed)
    1 tsp Mustard
    1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp Sugar or Honey
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 lb Beef

    Recipe



    1. Mix all the above ingredients together and pour over beef.
    2. Place in fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour or preferably over night.

    1/4 pt Beef Stock
    1 Onion, chopped
    2-3 Carrots
    2oz Mushrooms, sliced

    3. Once marinated, place meat plus marinade into a casserole dish and add stock and vegetables.
    4. Cover and cook in medium temperature oven for approximately 2-3 hours.

    Delicious served with buttery mashed potato, broccoli/green beans and (of course) a glass of Harveys Porter.
