    3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken
    12 oz.pkg.medium size egg noodles
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1/2 lb.grated cheese
    1 c. onion,chopped
    1 small jar of pimentos
    1 c. green pepper,chopped
    2 c. celery,chopped

    Recipe



    Boil chicken until tender. Reserve broth. Cut chicken in small pieces. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain. Cook vegetables in chicken broth until tender. Mix chicken,noodles,soup,mushroom,and about 3/4 of cheese,cooked vegetables,and enough broth to keep from being dry. Add salt pepper to taste. Place in a well-greased casserole dish and cook at 375 for about 30 minutes. Just before done, sprinkle remainder of cheese on top and let melt
