List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. all purpose flour
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. chicken boullion granules
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
7 oz. penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked ham, chicken or turkey, cubed
10 oz. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheeseRecipe
In a large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in oil until tender. Stir in flour, Italian seasonings, boullion, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese, pasta, meat and vegetables, heat through.
