Mom's Hollywood Chicken Casserole

2 lbs. ground round browned, then drained
2 26 oz. cans chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups potato chipsRecipe
First brown and drain ground beef. Then mix in the soup. Mix the flour into
the milk (this will be your thickening agent) and pour this mixture into the
soup and ground beef. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the potato chips
over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with a salad.
My mother used to make this casserole for me when I was a child and I
loved it. I hope you do, too!
**May substitute 2 sliced baking potatoes to go over the top instead of the
potato chips, but you will need to bake for 15 minutes longer.
