List of Ingredients




1/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. curry powder
dash of pepper

Garden Sauce
1 c. peas
1 c. corn
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
2/3 c. milk

Recipe



Bring onion, carrots and water to boil; remove from heat and drain. Add eggs, rice, cheese and seasonings; mix well. Spread into greased 10 in x 6 in x 2in baking dish. Bake for 45 mins. Garden Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine sauce ingredients and heat, stirring occasionally until bubbly. Spoon over each serving of casserole. Yields 4 servings
