    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced

    POPOVER BATTER
    1 cup milk
    1 tbs oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Brown meat
    Add all but the cheese
    Simmer 10 min stirring occasionally
    Beat milk oil eggs for 1 min on med speed
    Add flour and salt beat 2 more min until smooth
    Put hot meat mixture in a pammed 9x13" pan
    Place cheese on top
    Pour batter over cheese covering filling completely
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
    Bake 25-30 min at 400o. Serve immediately.
