    2lbs. Sirloin Steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    Salt and Black Pepper to taste

    4tbsps. Pure Olive Oil

    1c. Onion, thinly sliced

    2tbsps. Garlic, minced

    1/2c. Apple Cyder Vinegar

    4cs. Fresh, sliced Mushrooms

    2 {cans, 15ozs, each.} Tomato Sauce, {I like Hunt's}

    1c. Dry Sherry

    2cs. Sour Cream

    8cs. hot cooked Butter Noodles or White Rice

    Sour Cream

    Green Onion, sliced

    Recipe



    Sautee in a large skillet, using pure olive oil, sirloin steak, salt, pepper, onion and garlic; drain well and set aside.
    Add vinegar and fresh mushrooms to skillet; cook until liquid is almost evaporated.

    Add tomato sauce, sherry and reserved beef. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in sour cream.


    Serving Suggestions
    To serve, place a 1/2c. hot cooked noodels or rice on a serving dish and pour a 1/4 to 1/2c. Stroganoff sauce on top!! Place a good size dollup of sour cream and sliced green onions over top!!
    Goes great with Texas Herb or Garlic Toast!!
