    1/2 cup steak sauce
    1 large shallot minced or 2 tablespoons minched onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried
    1 teaspoon tabasco brand pepper sauce
    1 (2 pound ) beef flank steak trimmed
    rosemary sprigs (optional)

    in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish combine steak sauce shallot garlic oil
    rosemary and tabasco sauce mix well
    add flank steak turn to coat both sides cover and refrigerate at least 2
    hours or overnight
    bring to room temperature before grilling preheat grill grill steak over
    medium heat for 12 to 15 mintues for medium rare or until desired doneness
    turning
    midway
    serve with additional steak sauce and garnish with rosemary springs if
    desired makes 6 to 8 serving
