List of Ingredients
3 lbs. pork shoulder (cut in cubes or small pieces)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
Hot pepper to taste
4 c. water
1 onion, cut in slices
3 Tbs. seasoning salt
Hot sauce to taste.Recipe
1. Simmer the pork in about 4 cups of water. Add salt and pepper and seasoning salt.
2. Once the pork is tender, remove from water and place in a baking dish. bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes until brown.
3. In a skillet, saute onions and pour over fried pork. Add hot sauce to taste.
