List of Ingredients
1 fish filet (flounder, sole, salmon)
½ stick butter
1 lemon
1 onion, diced
2 cups precooked white riceRecipe
Heat grill to medium. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place in aluminum foil with onion, butter and juice of entire lemon. Fold to form pouch. Place on grill and cook 5 minutes, flipping to other side for another 5 minutes. Unfold foil and serve on top of rice.
Serves 1.
