    List of Ingredients




    2 cans of Plum tomatoes with basil
    2 cans tomato paste (small cans)
    One half cup parmesan cheese
    Package of basil leaves
    6 nice sized pieces of garlic
    Good shot of Italian red wine
    Pinch of salt and pepper to taste ( a lot)
    One half cup olive oil

    Recipe



    Strain tomatoes in colander, squeeze and discard pulp.
    Add basil, cheese, salt, pepper and wine to strained tomato mixture; cook on low flame.
    Brown garlic in oil and add paste; cook for five minutes.
    Add to tomato mixture and cook for 20 more minutes.
