    Meat sauce

    1 pound ground beef

    1 1/2 yellow onions

    1 handful parsley, ground

    2 tablespoons dried mushrooms, soaked to softness, then ground

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Olive oil to taste

    2 cups chicken broth

    2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce

    1 sprig rosemary

    White sauce

    1/4 cup flour

    1/4 cup butter

    2 cups milk

    Lasagna

    16 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated

    1 package lasagna noodles, cooked

    Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste

    For the meat sauce: Saute the onions until they change color, then add ground beef and brown. Drain the meat and onion mixture so it has less fat. Add parsley, mushrooms, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. Simmer for half an hour. Then add chicken broth, tomato sauce and rosemary. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    For the white sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, then add flour and stir. Add milk and stir on medium heat until thickened.

    Build the lasagna: Cover the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan lightly with meat sauce. Add one layer of noodles and cover with meat sauce, 6 tablespoons white sauce and mozarella cheese to taste. Repeat process for second and third layers. For the fourth and top layer, cover lasagna with meat sauce and mozarella cheese, but no white sauce. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Take foil off and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
