    This is quick and easy and sooo good for you. Broccoli, one of the
    superfoods, is loaded with vitamin C, potassium and calcium and also
    provides protection against cancer. Beans lower cholesterol and
    provide fiber and protein. Ingredients don’t have to be exact and you
    can substitute other greens, like collards, kale, or mustard greens.

    Recipe



    • Cook pasta according to package directions.
    • Meantime, wash & trim rapini and broccoli, removing thick stems,
    leaving excess water on the vegetables.
    • In large skillet heat oil, add garlic & cook for 1 minute, being
    careful not to burn.
    • Add washed wet greens, cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring
    occasionally. Remove from pan and set aside.
    • In the same pan melt butter and add flour. Cook & stir 2-3
    minutes as it foams.
    • Slowly add milk & parmesan and cook, stirring, for 5 min. or until
    thickened.
    • When pasta is done, drain it, add to sauce, then add broccoli
    and beans.
    • Salt & pepper to taste.
