Joanna Lund's Orange Grove Side Salad

1/2 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Fat Free Half & Half
2 teaspoons Splenda Granular
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, rinsed and drained
4 cups mixed salad greens
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, half & half, and Splenda. Add celery and walnuts. Mix well to combine. Stir in mandarin oranges. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For each serving, place 1 cup salad greens on a salad plate and spoon a scant 1/2 salad mixture over top.
