    List of Ingredients




    four 1/2-pound chicken breasts, boned
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    16 garlic cloves, blanched and sliced thin
    4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 teaspoon minced fresh sage
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    1 teaspoon minced Italian parsley
    Roasted Red Bee Potatoes

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    Heat a large ovenproof sauté pan over moderately high heat until hot.
    Add oil and heat until hot. Add chicken skin side down and sear. Turn
    chicken and place pan in oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked
    through.

    In a small saucepan combine garlic, butter and sage and heat, whisking
    vigorously. Add lemon juice and parsley. Drizzle over chicken and serve
    with potatoes.
