List of Ingredients
1/2 Cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking bowder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
2 cups coarsely chopped walnutsRecipe
Start heating oven to 350. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, and set aside. Mix butter and sugar together until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler; stir into mixture. Add flour mixture. Fold in nuts.
On greased cookie sheets, drop by teaspoons 1 inch apart. Bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes. Cool. If desired, a bit of melted chocolate may be spread on top of each.
