List of Ingredients




3 lbs stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (1 lb) can diced carrots, drained
1 (1 lb) can small whole onions, drained
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
1 (1 lb) can peas, drained
1 (1 lb) can green beans, drained
1 (1 lb) can small whole potatoes
1/2 can beef consomme
1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper


Recipe



1. Combine everything in a large casserole dish.
2. Cover and cook in a 250* oven for 6-7 hours.

Serves 6.
