    Victoria Gotti's Orecchiette W Broccoli

    (serves 4)

    List of Ingredients




    lb. of fresh pasta (orecchiette means "little ears" in Italian)
    1/2 cup of water
    1 bunch of fresh broccoli rabe
    1/2 cup of olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
    1 cube of beef bouillon
    Salt to taste
    Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In sauce pan, heat olive oil and throw in minced garlic cloves; cut up and add broccoli rabe, salt; add crushed red pepper, cube of beef bouillon, and 1/2 cup of water.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes under low flame.
    Boil water for pasta.
    Cook pasta to taste and strain.
    Add pasta to broccoli rabe sauce.
    Finish with Parmesan cheese.
