    Absolutely Simple Chili with Beans

    # 1 package (about 1 lb) veggie ground round (I use Yves)
    # 2 cans tomato sauce
    # 1 can tomato paste
    # 4 cans of beans (I use a variety: Northern, Kidney, Pinto.)
    # 2 cloves garlic- minced
    # chili powder to taste

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. You can adjust the amounts of anything to your taste. I like my chili thicker so I only use 2 cans of tomato sauce.

    2. Slow cook for at least 4 hours for best results.

    3. This can be served as is; with toppings; over pasta... you get the point.

    4. Add or change an ingredient... this is just my simple starter chili.

    Serves: 6-8
