    Heat oil in 8 qt. Pot, lightly saute onions and garlic
    in oil. Add meat, breaking up & stirring w/ wooden
    spoon until color changes. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir. Cover. Simmer 2 hours. Check seasoning & rum
