    List of Ingredients

1 lb of Ground Beef ( chuck, chicken, turkey,or venison) beef is better though
    4-5 Medium Onions chopped
2-Large Bell Peppers chopped (color does not matter)
3- Cloves of Garlic finely chopped or minced
1-rounded teaspoon each of salt and black pepper
1- Tablespoon of ground Cayene Pepper
    2-3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1- Tablespoon of Crushed Red Pepper
    1/2-teaspoon ground Cumin
    1/2- Cup of Oil

    Recipe

    Mix all dry ingredients together
Brown Beef, add garlic, bell peppers, onions with sauteed meat. stir with Wooden Spoon. Add all dry seasonings to beef mixture while browning, mix well, stirring continously to keep from burning.
To this mixture, add the following:

2-Small cans of "Old ElPaso Jalapeno Relish"
4-Medium cans of "Stewed Tomatoes"(make sure they are chopped up some).
4-5 cans of "Old ElPaso Chili Beans" . (I do not use Kidney Beans)
After you have browned the meat and added all the other ingredients, lower the heat, cover, and let simmer. Stirring frequently so as not to burn. Taste periodically and add additional spices to your incividual taste. This makes about 10 pounds of chili... Half of it may be frozen for later use.... EAT HEARTY
