    2 Cans (15 ounces each) Chili
    1 Box cornbread mix
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1 Small onion, chopped
    1/2 Cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In a bowl, mix the 2 cans of chili, onions and sour cream. Pour the chili mixture into a 9-inch casserole dish. In another bowl, make up the package of cornbread mix according to the directions. Pour cornbread batter over the chili. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Invert onto hot platter to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
