    1 pound ground skinless chicken breast
    1 large onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 (15-1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15-1/2 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
    1 (4-1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
    1/4 cup chili powder
    2T Worcestershire sauce
    1T molasses
    1T packed brown sugar 1T ground cumin

    1. Place chicken, onion, bell pepper and garlic in slow cooker. Stir to blend. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. 3. Cover and cook 4 to 5 hours on high, or 8-10 hours on low Per serving (1-1/4c) 280 calories, 3 g fat, 10 g fiber
