    Honeysuckle White

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pound Honeysuckle White® Fresh, 1-pound Ground Turkey
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 tablespoon garlic black bean sauce
    2 tablespoon hot sesame oil
    2 tablespoon vinegar
    2 tablespoon peanut oil
    6 tablespoon dry sherry
    6 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
    2 2/3 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
    3 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    1 14 oz.) can chicken broth
    4 clove garlic, diced
    2 medium green bell peppers, diced
    1 large yellow peppers, diced
    2 medium sweet red peppers, diced
    1 large onion, diced, diced

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine the turkey, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons each sherry & hoisin. Set aside.

    In a medium bowl, combine broth, remaining sherry and hoisin, garlic/bean sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, Tabasco, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Stir well until blended and set aside.

    In a large skillet or wok over high heat place 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and cook the meat mixture until meat is no longer pink, stirring well to separate into small pieces. Drain meat and set it aside in a bowl.

    In the same skillet in the remaining peanut oil, cook the ginger and garlic for 1 minute stirring constantly. Chop up the peppers and onion in a food processor to desired consistency then add it to the skillet with the garlic and ginger.. Stir fry till tender.

    Return the meat to the skillet. Stir in the broth mixture. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
