7 lbs lean ground beef
4 medium onion
45 oz tomato sauce
48 oz V-8
56 oz diced tomatoes
22 oz cheddar cheese soup
3 pk chilli seasoning
128 oz kidney beans
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 clove garlic
4 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp tabasco
1 tbp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe



In a large pot, brown ground beef with onions. Add remaining ingredients

and simmer for at least 2 hours.

Serve with grated cheddar cheese, chopped sweet onions, and a dollop of
sour cream.
