1 pound lean ground beef
2 cans (14 1/2 ounces) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes in Juice
2 cans (15 1/2 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup dried minced onion, instant minced onion
1 tablespoon Gebhardt® Chili PowderRecipe
1. Cook beef over medium-high heat in a large skillet about 8 minutes or until crumbled, browned and no longer pink; drain.
2. Stir in tomatoes, beans, onion, and chili powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Season to taste.
3. Serve with desired Dress-Up toppings on side, if desired.
4. Dress-Up Topping options: sliced green onions, sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, avocado slices, crumbled cooked bacon, crushed corn chips
