    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. Hamburger or Ground Buffalo
    1 Medium Onion Chopped
    2 cans Dark Kidney Beans
    1 can Small Red Beans
    1 can Chili Beans
    1 3oz. jar Diced Green Chilies
    2 cloves Garlic - Diced
    1 t. Chimayo Chili Pepper ground
    2 t. Dark Chili Powder
    1/2 t. Mexican Oregano- Rub in Palm - add to stock
    2 t. Cumin, ground
    2 12oz Can Coors Beer*
    Salt and Black Pepper to taste

    In large (6-8qt) tall stock pot sauté hamburger, Onion, garlic and green chilies until burger is done. Add beans, beer, spices simmer on low heat for 2 hours stirring often.

    Serve OR chill down and reheat in double boiler and serve on the second day. I like to make this on a Friday Night, chill down and serve on Sunday Afternoon during a Bronco's game.
