    1 lb. Ground Bison
    4 gloves garlic, mashed
    1 8oz-can tomato paste
    2 Seeded New Mexico Chili's
    1 Jalapeno, chopped
    2 Tbs. Chili Powder
    Salt & Pepper
    4 Onions, chopped
    5 Tbs. Oil
    3, 16 oz cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Tbs. Cumin
    1/2 tsp. sugar

    Recipe



    Sauté in oil over medium. Heat, garlic & onion. Add bison and brown. Add beans to bison, reserving juice. Add Jalapeno and spices to Bison. In separate bowl, combine Bean juice, tomato paste, 8-oz water and New Mex. Chili's. Add to Bison. Bring to boil for 3 minutes. Lower to simmer, cover. Cook 4 hours. Add more water if needed. Refrigerate. Serve next day
