    (No Tomatoes)

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. Cooked Roast Beef, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    2 red bell peppers, chopped
    2 cans 15 oz. sweet corn
    2 cans 15 oz. kidney beans (light or dark)
    1/2 cup chili powder
    1 tspn salt
    2 tspn paprika
    2 tspn vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet with 1 tspn of paprika over medium heat. Add drained corn and beans, with chopped onions, to skillet to heated oil. Use metal whisk to toss mixture in skillet until corn browns. Add mixture to 8 qt. pot with roast beef, chopped bell peppers, 1 tspn paprika and salt. Cover and cook on Low 1 to 2 hours (to soften the beans and veggies) stirring every 30 minutes. Serve on top of hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, and chicken breasts.
