    GROUP 1
    3 TBS vegetable oil
    3# beef roast chili grind or 1/4" cubed if you want to make the effort. Remove as much fat as possible.
    Garlic salt
    ½ cup sweet onion finely chopped
    1 TSP garlic powder
    2 TBS chili powder
    1/2 TSP oregano
    3/4 cup spicy tomato sauce
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    21 oz. chicken broth

    GROUP 2
    6 TBS chili powder
    1 TSP hot New Mexico chili powder
    1 TBS cumin
    2 TSP garlic powder
    1 TSP salt
    1/2 TSP white pepper
    ½ TSP MSG
    ½ TSP dark brown sugar

    GROUP 3
    5 TSP chili powder
    1/2 TSP hot New Mexico chili powder
    1/2 TSP cayenne pepper
    4 TSP cumin
    1/8 TSP garlic powder
    salt to taste

    Recipe



    Heat vegetable oil, add 1/2 of beef and sprinkle with garlic salt, cook until redness is gone. Repeat for remainder of meat. Drain well and add to cooking pot.
    Put remaining ingredients in group one into cooking pot and simmer for 1 1/2 hours .
    Add ingredients in group 2 and simmer for an additional 20 minutes. Add chicken broth if needed.
    Add ingredients in group 3 and simmer 20 minutes..
    Enjoy some of the best chili you will ever taste!
