    3 pounds goetta
    1 pound Bob Evan's Hot Italian Sausage
    1 pound Bob Evan's Pork Sausage
    6 pounds lean ground beef or shredded beef
    1 cup Spicy V-8 Juice
    1 cup orange juice
    12 tablespoons Mott's Applesauce
    1 cup cantaloupe, pureed
    2 bananas, pureed
    1 large Vidalia onion, diced
    1 large red onion, diced
    1 large white onion, diced
    1 large yellow onion, diced
    2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 orange bell pepper, diced
    4 ounces Boehmer's chili powder
    20 tablespoons Tone's Chili Powder
    10 tablespoons French's Original Chili-O Seasoning Mix
    2 14.5 ounce cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    1 12-ounce can Hunt's Tomato Paste
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Pinto Beans
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Original Baked Beans
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Chili Beans (Hot Sauce)
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Chili Beans (Medium Sauce)
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Baby Butter Beans
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Navy Beans
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Great Northern Beans
    1 16 ounce can Bush's Best Black Beans
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Light Red Beans
    1 16-ounce can Bush's Best Red Beans
    1 can sweet potatoes, pureed
    4 4-ounce cans LaPreferida Mild Green Chilies, pureed
    4 4-ounce cans LaPreferida Diced Jalapenos, pureed
    1 14.5 ounce can Red Gold Petite Diced Mexican Fiesta Tomatoes
    1 14.5 ounce can Red Gold Petite Diced Garlic & Olive Oil Tomatoes
    1 14.5 ounce can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes (Chili Ready with Onions)
    1 14.5-ounce can Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Mild Green Chilies
    1 7-ounce can San Marcos Chipotle Sauce
    6 tablespoons butter or margarine

    Brown all meat and goetta except for the Italian sausage links and goetta breakfast links, and combine in a large stock pot. Add all but 1 tablespoon each of the various chili powders, canned green chilies, and canned tomatoes, and simmer 1 hour.

    Pierce the Italian sausage links and goetta breakfast links, and place in the simmering mixture. After 1 hour of simmering, add tomato sauce and stir well. Continue to simmer another 30 minutes.

    While meat is simmering, dice all the fresh vegetables and saute in a large skillet with 6 tablespoons butter and remaining chili powder until tender. Add tomato paste to this mixture, and stir. Combine meat and the vegetable mixtures in a large stock pot. To this mixture, add all beans and stir. Cook the combination about another hour on low heat, or place the pots in the oven and cook at 275 degrees about 1 hour or overnight at 200 degrees.

    Remove the sausage and goetta breakfast links while chili continues to simmer, and serve on hot dog buns. Makes about 5 gallons of chili.
