    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs Ground Beef
    ¾ c. Diced onion
    1 T. Garlic
    1¼ c. Blanched, diced tomatoes
    3½ T Tomato paste
    ½ c. Ketchup
    3 T. Chili powder
    1½ t. Leaf oregano
    1½ t. Cumin
    1½ t. Black pepper
    ¾ oz. Beef bouillon
    ¼ t. Tabasco
    2½ c. Water
    ½ c. Cooked red beans

    Recipe



    Sauté beef and onions with garlic in large pot until tender. Remove and drain. In a separate pot, add all other ingredients. Simmer for ½ hour. Combine the sauce with the meat and mix thoroughly.
