    List of Ingredients




    2 pound Fresh Split Breast, chopped (or any other turkey meat)
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 clove garlic, pressed (or enough to blow a safe)
    3 to 4 tablespoon chili powder
    2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon cumin
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    or use:
    4 teaspoon powdered beef bouillon
    4 cup water
    1/2 cup cornmeal + enough water to make 1 cup
    3 to 2 can pinto beans, drained
    Accompaniments: Grated Cheddar Cheese and/or Chopped onion

    Brown turkey in oil. Add chopped onions and garlic and cook until limp. Add seasonings, bouillon cubes, and four cups of water. Cook for 30 minutes. Just before serving, add water to cornmeal. Pour mixture slowly into chili while stirring, being careful to stir out any lumps that form. Cook for about 10 minutes more or until chili is thickened. Add drained beans and serve chili topped with cheddar cheese and onion. mm mm good!
