    - 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into one-inch pieces
    - 12 ounces LITTLE SIZZLERS® Pork Sausage Links pork sausage links, cut into 1-inch pieces
    - 2 CHI-CHI'S® Salsa (16-ounce) jars
    - 1 (10½-ounce) can beef consommé
    - 1 cup beer
    - 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    - 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    - 1 cup chopped onion
    - 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
    - 2 bay leaves
    - 1 tablespoon plus 1½ teaspoons chili powder
    - 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    - 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
    - 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    - 1 teaspoon sugar
    - 3/4 teaspoon pepper
    - Sour cream
    - Shredded Cheddar cheese

    n Dutch oven, brown beef and sausage. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream and cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 hour or until beef is tender. Serve with sour cream and cheese.
