    Our Family Favourite Crockpot Chili

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (28 ounces) can white beans, in tomato sauce
    1 (19 ounces) can kidney beans, drained
    2 (10 ounces) cans condensed tomato soup
    1 teaspoon taco seasoning
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 cup cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    1. Brown ground beef, (I like to do a huge batch of ground beef using Tish's recipe#31008 and it works perfectly) place into a ziplock bag and throw into the freezer.
    2. The night before serving, defrost overnight.
    3. (I usually don't, but some people argue that cooking frozen meat in the crockpot is not safe.)
    4. Throw everything into the crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low.
    5. Garnish with cheddar cheese and serve.
    6. I will sometimes serve this on buns as sloppy joes.
    7. **If desired you can make the entire recipe and freeze already made, then heat to serve. This recipe freezes great!**
