    2 tablespoons Wesson® Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 pound ground turkey or lean ground beef
    1 can (28 ounces) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic
    1 can (15 ounces) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
    1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
    1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
    1/2 cup whole kernel corn
    1 tablespoon Gebhardt® Chili Powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Recipe



    1. Heat oil is a 6-quart saucepan over medium-high heat; cook onion and bell peppers until tender. Add ground meat; brown and drain.
    2. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
