List of Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 14.5 oz. cans pinto beans
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 14.5 oz. can tomato sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup water
1/4 cup chili powder (or less to taste)
Salt, black pepper & garlic powder to taste
Recipe
Brown beef with onions and celery. Add beans and spices, simmer for 30 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and dissolved corn starch and serve after it thickens.
Serves 6-8
