    Silver Fork Turkey Chili

    List of Ingredients




    2 qts. turkey stock
    4 lbs. turkey (cut small or ground)
    2 c. green bell peppers (diced)
    2 c. white or yellow onion (diced)
    2 c. frozen corn
    1- 28 oz. can black beans
    1- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1- 8 oz. can diced green chili peppers
    (roasted & peeled)
    1- 8 oz. can hominy
    1/2 c. light chili powder
    1/4 c. ground coriander
    1/4 c. ground cumin
    1/4 c. fresh garlic (fine chopped)
    salt and pepper as needed

    Recipe



    Brown turkey in large stock pot. Saute bell peppers, onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to stock pot and simmer 1 hour. Adjust season in taste. mmmmmmm!!!
