    Spicy Pineapple Pork Chili

    1 lb Lean boneless pork; trim
    -fat, 1" cubes
    1 c Dried small white beans;
    -rinse, drain, pick over
    1 c Hot water
    14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes in puree
    6 oz Can tomato paste
    20 oz Can unsweetened pineapple
    -chunks; drain, save juice
    4 oz Can diced green chiles
    1 md Onion; chop
    1 tb Chili powder
    1 tb Ground cumin
    1/2 ts Garlic powder

    Recipe



    In a 3-1/2-quart electric slow cooker, combine the
    pork, beans, hot water, tomatoes with their liquid,
    tomato paste, juice drained from the pineapple chunks,
    chiles, onion, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.
    Mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 8-1/2 to 9 hours,
    until the pork and beans are tender, stirring once
    halfway through the cooking time, if possible. Stir in
    the pineapple chunck and serve.
