    l lb. Ground turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (15 oz.) Can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) Can Mexican style chili beans, undrained
    1/4 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    2 T. chili powder
    1 T. ground cumin
    Commercial sour cream (optional)
    Chopped green onions (optional)

    Recipe



    Combine first 3 ingredients in a 3 qt. casserole. Cover;
    microwave at HIGH 5-6 min. Or until meat is no longer pink,
    stirring once; drain.
    Add tomato sauce & next 5 ingredients. Cover; microwave at
    HIGH 10-12 min., stirring after 6 min. If desired, garnish
    with sour cream and green onions. Yield: 5 cups.
