3 cups tomato puree
2 1/2 cups onion
1 cup celery -- diced
1 cup carrots -- diced
1 cup green pepper -- diced
1 1/2 cups red beans
2 tablespoons fresh garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 a fresh jalapeno pepper
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup beef stock
1 cup beer

Brown meat in pot. Add vegetables, spices, and liquids. Simmer three to four hours.
