    List of Ingredients




    * 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless

    * 1 can (10 oz) garbanzo beans

    * 1 can spicey black beans

    * 1 can chili beans

    * 1 can (15 oz) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes

    * ¾ cup of your favorite salsa

    * chili powder (sweet or hot) to taste

    Toppings- *shredded cheese (your choice)

    * sour cream

    * chopped green onions

    Recipe



    1. In a large pot, boil the chicken breasts until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain. When cool enough to handle, shred chicken.

    2. In a Dutch oven, mix the chicken with the three types of beans, tomatoes and salsa. Season to taste with chili powder.

    3. Simmer chili for one hour. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips or tortillas.
