    3 lbs Beef, cubed
    2 lbs Chorizo (hot or mild)
    1 Large onion, chopped
    4 Cloves garlic, chopped
    Jalapeno peppers (to taste) remove seeds and dice
    4 T Olive oil
    1/2 t Cayenne pepper
    4 T Chili powder
    2 cans (15 oz each) Tomatoe sauce
    1 t Salt
    3 1/2 C Water
    1 Can beer

    Recipe



    Brown meats, onions, garlic, and jalapenos together in olive oil.
    While mixture is browning, add cayenne and chii powder.
    When meats are browned add tomatoe sauce, salt, water, and beer.Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and simmer for 2 hours.
