    3 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomatoes (large)
    1 onion (medium size)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 can water (same size as
    tomatoes)
    4 tsp. chili powder
    12 jalapeno peppers
    4 cloves dried garlic

    Recipe



    Simmer ground beef until light brown; add tomatoes,
    water, chili powder, chopped onion, diced jalapeno peppers,
    diced garlic and salt. Simmer for 1 hour, then do your best to
    remove most of jalapeno peppers! Continue to simmer for 2 more
    hours. This recipe may not take a "First Place" award, but is
    usually good for a "Special" Hottest Chili Award in Chili
    Cooking contest! For hotter chili, add more peppers! For
    chili with beans, add 4 cans precooked pinto beans.
