    3 lbs. beef, ground
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    3 tbsp. cumin
    2 tbsp. paprika
    2 heaping tbsp. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
    1 1/2 lb. pork, ground
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 qt. water

    Recipe



    Cook beef and pork together until lightly browned. Drain off grease. Add flour, stir until well distributed. Add onions and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Add cumin, chili powder, paprika, pepper and salt. Stir until well distributed. Add tomatoes and water. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours. Makes 10-12 servings. Calories per serving 495.
