    4 Lbs ground chuck
    2 large onions, chopped
    4 medium-sized green bell peppers, chopped well
    12 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped, or can use equal amount of canned whole tomatoes
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    6 Jalepeno peppers, chopped well
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    8 or 9 teaspoons chili powder
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili's
    2 (16 oz.) cans Pinto Beans, drained (optional)

    Brown meat in a large skillet, crumbling it apart with a fork. Drain. Add onion, peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring OFTEN. Add beans and simmer, uncovered for 25 minutes more.
