MILD CHILI STARTER BEANS 1 CAN
SPICY CHILI STARTER BEANS 1 CAN
POWERED TACO SEASONING 1 PACK
DICED TOMATOES 1 CAN
DICED TOMATOES W/ CHILI PEPPERS 1 CAN
CANNED CORN 1 CAN
Recipe
Brown 2 lbs of deer burger in a skillet then place in a big pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low/med heat stirring often. Cook until all ingredients are blended together well. This chili is good served over a bed of rice with hot bisquits. It dont last long around our house. The reason we dubbed it "Gut shot chili" is because a guest once asked if we had been feeding our deer corn being there was corn in the chili! Hence the name "Gut Shot Chili". This is an easy way to prepair ground deer meat and no body has ever disliked it that tried it. Enjoy.
