    1 1/2 lbs, ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red beans
    2 (6-oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 Tbl chili powder
    2 Tsp salt

    Recipe



    Brown the beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic in a large frying pan. Drain fat. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
